AURA OVERSEES AND MANAGES THE NATIONAL OPTICAL-INFRARED ASTRONOMY LABORATORY (NOIRLAB), THE NATIONAL SOLAR OBSERVATORY (NSO), AND THE VERA C. RUBIN OBSERVATORY CONSTRUCTION (RUBIN CONSTRUCTION OR LSSTPO) UNDER AGREEMENTS WITH THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION (NSF), AS WELL AS THE SPACE TELESCOPE SCIENCE INSTITUTE (STSCI) UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION (NASA). IN COLLABORATION WITH THE NSF, AURA INTEGRATED THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NATIONAL OPTICAL ASTRONOMY OBSERVATION (NOAO), THE GEMINI OBSERVATORY (GEMINI), AND THE VERA C. RUBIN OBSERVATORY (RUBIN OR LSST OPERATIONS) INTO A SINGLE CENTER NAMED NATIONAL OPTICAL-INFRARED ASTRONOMY LABORATORY (NOIRLAB).
