RUBIN OBSERVATORY CONSTRUCTION (RUBIN CONSTRUCTION OR LSSTPO) UNDER AGREEMENTS WITH THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION (NSF), AS WELL AS THE SPACE TELESCOPE SCIENCE INSTITUTE (STSCI) UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION (NASA).
