THE LAKE HIGHLANDS HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS A NEWLY FORMED 501C3. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES A MEANS FOR PARTNERING WITH LAKE HIGHLANDS HIGH SCHOOL, LHHS ALUMNI, AND THE BROADER LAKE HIGHLANDS COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT EDUCATION-BASED INITIATIVES AND ACADEMICS AT LHHS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE WILD FOR CATS ANNUAL FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN TO ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF, AND THE LHHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WHICH, THROUGH NETWORKING AND CLASS GIFTS, IS CREATING A LONG-LASTING LEGACY OF SUPPORT FOR LHHS.
