THE ORGANIZATION IS A 9 MONTH INTENSIVE DISCIPLESHIP AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM FOR POST-COLLEGE MEN FROM AROUND THE UNITED STATES. DURING THE PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS WILL GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE BIG PICTURE OF THE BIBLE FROM BOTH OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS IN ADDITION TO LEARNING SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY, APOLOGETICS, WORLDVIEW, AND CHURCH HISTORY. MEN WILL GROW SPIRITUALLY THROUGH INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE LOCAL CHURCH.

THE OBJECTIVE IS FOR STUDENTS TO LEARN GOD'S WORD AND BE FULLY EQUIPPED TO TEACH GOD'S WORD TO OTHERS. IT IS THE GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION THAT EACH STUDENT WOULD EITHER ENTER INTO FULL-TIME MINISTRY AFTER GRADUATING AND/OR PURSUE MINISTRY IN WHATEVER WORK FIELD GOD CALLS THEM TO. TWO STUDENTS ATTENDED THE 2021-2022 D1 DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM, WHICH LASTS 9 MONTHS. ONE OF THE STUDENTS LIVED ON THE PROPERTY. THE STUDENTS ATTENDED A TOTAL OF 124 CLASSES AND THEY WERE LED BY CHRIS MORGAN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. EACH OF THE STUDENTS SERVED AS FCA CHARACTER COACHES IN LOCAL MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THEY ALSO HELPED CARE FOR THE GROUNDS OF THE PROPERTY BY MOWING, WEED EATING, ETC. THE STUDENTS ALSO HAD TO TAKE QUARTERLY TESTS AND MAKE PRESENTATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM. CURRENTLY, THE PROGRAM CAN ONLY ACCOMODATE FOUR STUDENTS, BUT WHEN THE ADDITIONAL HOME IS BUILT, THE ENROLLMENT WILL BE INCREASED TO TEN STUDENTS EACH YEAR.
