OUR LADY OF HOPE, INC. HAS BEEN FORMED OUT OF LOVE OF GOD BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC COMMUNITY IN TANGIPAHOA AND SURROUNDING PARISHES IN LOUISIANA AND MISSISSIPPI AND CHARITABLE WORKS PROVIDED BY THE CLERGY, RELIGIOUS AND PARISHIONERS. OUR "HOPE" IS TO BUILD & DESIGN A SHRINE TO OUR LADY WITH THE SIMPLE GOAL OF EDUCATING OUR FAMILIES IN THE TEACHINGS & TRADITIONS OF MOTHER CHURCH. THE GROUNDS, WITH NUMEROUS GARDENS, ARE DIRECTED TO THE UNDERSTANDINGS & WISDOM OF OUR CATHOLIC FAITH. THE SHRINE WILL ALSO OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ATTENDEES TO STAY THE NIGHT(S) FOR RETREATS, SEMINARS, CONTEMPLATIVE DISCERNMENTS, OR SIMPLY, TO BE STILL AND PRAY.

THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED SEVERAL MULTI-DAY AND OVERNIGHT RETREATS AND SEMINARS AIMED AT STRENGTHENING THE RELIGIOUS LIFE, SPIRITUALITY AND KNOWLEDGE IN THE CATHOLIC FAITH BY THOSE ATTENDING.
THE ORGANIZATION HELD SEVERAL DAY AND OVERNIGHT SUMMER CAMP SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN.
THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A GIFT SHOP ON THE RETREAT CENTER PROPETY WHERE RETREAT AND CONVERENCE ATTENDEES CAN PURCHASE RELIGIOUS BOOKS, MATERIALS, PAINTINGS AND OTHER RELIGIOUS ARTIFACTS FOR THEIR PERSONAL BENEFIT.
