THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO OTHER CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS PUBLIC CHARITIES WHICH ARE EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OR SECTION 170(C) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND THE FOUNDATION'S GRANTS PROGRAM WILL DIRECTLY FURTHER THAT PURPOSE BY SUPPORTING PUBLIC CHARITIES WITH PURPOSES ALIGNED WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S PHILANTHROPIC OBJECTIVES.
