THE VIRGINIA CITY GRAND PRIX RACE TOOK PLACE ON 10 23 2021-10 24 2021 FOR APPROXIMATELY 625 RACERS. THIS EVENT RAISES MONEY FROM RACE ENTRY FEES PREMIUM START POSITION PURCHASES CAMPING FEES MERCHANDISE SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES. THE COSTS TO PUT ON THE RACE EACH YEAR VARY BUT 2021 WAS ESPECIALLY TOUGH AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO PUT ON OUR RACE WERE CANCELLED OR POSTPONED DUE TO COVID.
