WEEKLY DISTRIBUTION OF EMERGENCY FOOD, HOUSEHOLD NECESSITIES AND RESOURCES FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES AT NO COST TO THEM. ALL WEEKLY ACTIVITY IS A DIRECTOR-LED ALL VOLUNTEER STAFF AND WORKFORCE, OVERSEEN BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. 95% OF TIME AT THE PANTRY INVOLVES PREPARING FOR WEEKLY DISTRIBUTION DAYS. WE SPEND THE WEEK, ACCEPTING, PICKING UP, AND DELIVERING DONATIONS, SORTING DONATIONS, STOCKING SHELVES, DOING A WEEKLY INVENTORY AND ORDERING SUPPLIES, CLEANING AND SANITIZING FACILITY AND ARRANGING FOR THE WEEKLY VOLUNTEERS. 5% OF TIME IS SPENT AT THE PANTRY CONDUCTING THE WEEKLY DISTRIBUTION TO THE LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
