EMERGENCY RELIEF GRANT PROVIDED EMERGENCY FUNDS FOR BUSINESSES NEGATIVELY IMPACTED BY COVID-19.
PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM FILLING GAPS IN FEDERAL ASSISTANCE TO KEEP BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES ALIVE. THE PAYCHECKS PROTECTION GRANT WAS CREATED AT THE END OF JUNE DUE TO RIOTS AND LOOTING THAT OCCURED IN ATLANTA. THIS FUND REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR BLACK OWNED BUSINESS OWNERS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS AND NEED SUPPORT THROUGH THESE TROUBLING TIMES. THIS FUND SUPPORTS GENERAL HARDSHIPS ENCOUNTERED DUE TO COVID-19. QUALIFYING SMALL BUSINESSES MAY RECEIVE FUNDS TO REIMBURSE FINANCES IF THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CORRESPONDING ITEMS THEY ARE CLAIMING WITH THE STATE OF GEORGIA.
FREELANCE FORWARD GRANT THIS GRANT WAS CREATED TO HELP FREELANCERS, GIG WORKERS, AND CONTRACTORS SURVIVE THE RECESSION CAUSED BY COVID-19. THE FREELANCE FORWARD GRANT COVERS 1099 CONTRACT WORKERS IN INDUSTRIES SUCH AS HAIRSTYLIST, PHOTOGRAPHERS, RESTAURANT SERVERS, SALES SPECIALIST, DISK JOCKEYS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, BARTENDERS, ETC.
