THE INSTITUTE FOR ENHANCED EQUITY IS A 501C3 ORGANIZATION THAT SEEKS TO ADDRESS ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DISPARITIES THROUGH 1) FISCAL SPONSORSHIP SERVICES SUPPORTING SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE ORGANIZATIONS, 2) DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING PROGRAMS THAT EXPAND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINORITY BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS, AND 3) FOSTERING FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR MINORITY BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS.

THE INSTITUTE FOR ENHANCED EQUITY (TIEE) PROVIDES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BY STRENGTHENING EXISTING BUSINESSES, CREATING NEW AND RETAINING CURRENT JOBS IN MINORITY COMMUNITIES.


THE VESSEL PROJECT OF LOUISIANA IS A GRASSROOTS MUTUAL AID, DISASTER RELIEF, AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA IN RESPONSE TO SEVERAL FEDERALLY DECLARED DISASTERS, INCLUDING HURRICANES LAURA AND DELTA, WINTER STORM URI, AND THE MAY FLOOD OF 2021. THE VESSEL PROJECT REALIZES THE INTERSECTIONALITY OF THE CHALLENGES THAT PLAGUE BIPOC COMMUNITIES AND WORKS HOLISTICALLY TO ACHIEVE ENVIRONMENTAL AND CLIMATE JUSTICE, VOTING RIGHTS, AND ACCESS TO HOUSING, ENERGY, CLEAN WATER, SAFE FRESH PRODUCE, AND HEALTHCARE.


SUNRISE IS THE NEW OELANS HUB OF THE NATIONAL YOUTH MOVEMENT UNITING THE STOP THE CLIMATE CRISIS.
