DEVELOP AND ALIGN STRATEGIES WHERE APPROPRIATE, FOSTER COLLABORATION, AND LEVERAGE RESOURCES ACROSS MANUFACTURING TRAINING INSTITUTIONS (E.G., COMMUNITY COLLEGES, TRADE & TECH SCHOOLS, K TO 16 LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS) LEADING TO A MORE ROBUST WORKFORCE. CURRENT AREAS OF NEED INCLUDE: SMART MANUFACTURING, CYBERSECURITY, ADVANCED MACHINING, DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS.
ENGAGE SMM'S IN THE PROCESS OF DEFINING A COMPETENT WORKFORCE AND TRANSLATING THOSE NEEDS TO THE TRAINING INSTITUTIONS.
