THE PURPOSE OF GRYPHON ASSISTANCE FUND (THE 'FUND') IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES OF GRYPHON ADVISORS II, LLC ('GRYPHON ADVISORS') OR PORTFOLIO COMPANIES OF GRYPHON ADVISORS, THEIR DEPENDENTS AND SPOUSES, AND OTHERS AFFECTED BY DISASTERS OR EMERGENCY HARDSHIPS.

THE FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE ROUGHLY 24,000 EMPLOYEES OF THE GRYPHON ADVISORS PORTFOLIO COMPANIES WHO HAVE BEEN FURLOUGHED OR OTHERWISE SEVERELY AND ADVERSELY IMPACTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. THE FUND ALSO PROVIDES GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITIES OPERATING EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.IN 2022, THE FUND SUPPORTED THE EMPLOYEES & FAMILIES OF GRYPHON AND GRYPHON ADVISORS PORTFOLIO COMPANIES WHO HAD BEEN DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY THE INVASION OF UKRAINE, AS WELL AS SUPPORTING INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WORKING ON THE GROUND TO HELP THE UKRAINIAN PEOPLE.
