TOMORROW'S WOMEN TRAINS YOUNG WOMEN FROM PALESTINE, ISRAEL AND THE UNITED STATES TO BE STRONG, COMPASSIONATE LEADERS WHO PARTNER TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS AND INSPIRE ACTION THAT PROMOTES EQUALITY, PEACE AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. BASED IN SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO SINCE 2003 AND OPERATING IN THE USA, PALESTINE, AND ISRAEL, THE ORGANIZATION USES DIALOGUE AND ART TO INTRODUCE THE STORY OF THE OTHER SIDE AND DEVELOP THE HEALING, COMPASSION AND TRUST NECESSARY FOR RECONCILIATION. PROGRAMS FOR MORE THAN 300+ PARTICIPANTS, BEGINNING WHEN THEY ARE IN HIGH SCHOOL, INCLUDE: - A THREE-WEEK SUMMER INTENSIVE IN NEW MEXICO - YEAR-ROUND GATHERINGS BY LANGUAGE, WITH MOTHERS, AND FOCUSED ON A THEME OR PROJECT IN PALESTINE AND ISRAEL - ADVANCED LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND PRACTICE - WORKSHOPS AND OTHER PROJECTS FACILITATED BY YOUNG PEACEMAKERS FOR THEIR PEERS IN ISRAEL, PALESTINE, AND THE UNITED STATES - LIMITED ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS 400+ YOUNG WOMEN HAVE ACTIVELY TRAINED AND PRACTICED LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN LOCAL, REGIONAL AND GLOBAL SETTINGS, INCLUDING THE UNITED NATIONS, WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM, GLOBAL YOUTH SUMMIT, ROTHKO CHAPEL, WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL OF HOUSTON AND MANY MORE. FACILITATING DIALOGUE WORKSHOPS AND PUBLIC SPEAKING ARE KEY ASPECTS OF THIS TRAINING. SINCE 2009, TOMORROW'S WOMEN LEADERS HAVE SPOKEN MORE THAN 100 TIMES TO AMERICAN FAITH COMMUNITIES AND AT 45 PUBLIC VENUES IN THE UNITED STATES, EUROPE, ISRAEL AND PALESTINE. THEY HAVE GIVEN ROUGHLY 65 MEDIA INTERVIEWS AND TALKS TO MORE THAN 85 SCHOOL AND YOUTH GROUPS IN CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK, PENNSYLVANIA, NEW MEXICO, COLORADO, TEXAS, WASHINGTON STATE AND VIRTUALLY.
