IN ADDITION, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT WILL ADMINISTER RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND IN SUPPORT LEGISLATION WHICH WILL BENEFIT WILD GAME AND THE HUNTING COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE WITHIN THE STATE OF HAWAII.
