THIS SUPPLY CHAIN AIMS TO HOLISTICALLY MEET THE NEEDS OF THE GOVERNMENT AND PERFORMS FUNCTIONS SUCH AS R&D, MANUFACTURING, AND ASSEMBLY OF ADVANCED ELECTRONICS.

MEMBERSHIP IS A COMBINATION OF OUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES FROM ALL CONSORTIUM MEMBERS AND FEES COLLECTED FROM OUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING ATTENDEES.
