SUPPORT TO EXISTING BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND TEAM TRAINING TO OPTIMIZE EFFECTIVENESS. EXCLUSIVE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES: IMPLEMENT A PRIVATE, MEMBERSHIP CLUB THAT SERVES AS A MENTORING HUB FOR COLLABORATION, CONNECTIONS AND EXPERIENCES DESIGNED TO SUPPORT A SELECTED MINORITY BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL.
