JOURNEY21 IS PLANNING TO BUILD AND MANAGE A FOR-SALE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN OCONOMOWOC, WISCONSIN. OUR COMMUNITY WILL BE A SAFE AND INCLUSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD OF ONE AND TWO BEDROOM CONDOMINIUMS, ONE AND TWO BEDROOM COTTAGES AND AMENITIES DESIGNED FOR THE NEEDS AND ASPIRATIONS OF APPROXIMATELY 40 ADULTS WITH IDD. WE BROKE GROUND IN MAY 2022 AND OUR GOAL IS TO OPEN THE RESIDENCES IN THE NEXT 3-5 YEARS. THE COMMUNITY ALSO INCLUDES A 10,000 SQ FOOT ENRICHMENT CENTER FOR PROGRAMS AND OUTINGS WHICH KICKED OFF IN JULY 2021.
