FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC.'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE LOW BARRIER PERMANENT HOUSING OPTIONS TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. FRONTLINE HOUSING PROVIDES FINANCIAL WELL-BEING TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS PLACED IN PERMANENT HOUSING AS WELL AS TO THE CLAYTON COUNTY COMMUNITY. THROUGH OUR HOUSING AND FINANCIAL WELL-BEING SERVICES, FRONTLINE HOUSING INCREASES THE LONG-TERM STABILITY IN THE COMMUNITY.

CONDUCTS OUTREACH AT APARTMENTS IN THE CITY OF ATLANTA TO IDENTIFY HOUSEHOLDS THAT WERE FINANCIALLY IMPACTED BY COVID-19. ONCE HOUSEHOLDS WERE IDENTIFIED, FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC. WORKED WITH TENANTS TO PROVIDE RENTAL ASSISTANCE TO MAINTAIN STABLE HOUSING THROUGH THE PANDEMIC. IN ADDITION TO ASSISTING RESIDENTS THAT WERE AFFECTED BY COVID19, FRONTLINE HOUSING ASSISTED TENANTS THAT WERE CURRENTLY WORKING, BUT HAD GOTTEN BEHIND ON RENTAL PAYMENTS DUE TO VARIOUS BARRIERS. THROUGH THE HOME AGAIN GRANT, FRONTLINE HOUSING ASSISTED 56 FAMILIES IN THE CITY OF ATLANTA WITH RENTAL ASSISTANCE. FRONTLINE HOUSING ALSO RECEIVED RENTAL ASSISTANCE FUNDING TO ASSIST RESIDENTS WITH MAINTAINING RENTAL PAYMENT IN CLAYTON COUNTY. FRONLINE HOUSING ASSISTED 80 RESIDENTS IN THE CLAYON COUNTY AREA WITH RENTAL ASSISTANCE.
PERMANENT HOUSING - FRONLINE HOUSING, INC. MASTER LEASED UNITS FROM APARTMENTS TO PROVIDE LOW BARRIER HOUSING FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS THAT MAY NOT BE APPROVED FOR AN APARTMENT BASED ON RECENT EVICTIONS OR BARRIERS ON THEIR CREDIT. FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC. PLACED 36 FAMILIES INT PERMANENT HOUSING THAT WERE LIVING IN MOTELS AND WORKING, BUT UNABLE TO BE APPROVED AT APARTMENT COMPLEXES DUE TO BARRIERS ON THEIR BACKGROUND. AN ADDITIONAL 4 UNITS WERE LEASED TO PLACE 12 INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS WITH LOW INCOME, WHERE EACH INDIVIDUAL PAID AFFORDABLE RENT FOR THEIR OWN ROOM. ONCE PLACED, FRONLINE HOUSING, INC. WORKS WITH FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS TO IMPROVE THEIR SAVINGS AND ACHIEVE THEIR OWN HOUSING AT THE END OF THEIR LEASE TERM WITH FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC.
MOTEL TO HOME. FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC. COMPLETES OUTREACH AT MOTELS, IDENTIFYING FAMILIES LIVING IN MOTELS AS LONG-TERM HOUSING. FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC. WORKS WITH FAMILIES LIVING IN MOTELS TO ADDRESS THEIR BARRIERS TO FINDING HOUSING AND ASSISTS FAMILIES WITH THEIR MOVE IN COSTS ONCE APPROVED FOR PERMANENT HOUSING. FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC. PLACED 89 FAMILIES LIVING IN MOTELS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING. ONCE PLACED INTO PERMANENT HOUSING, FRONLINE HOUSING, INC. PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT FOR UP TO A YEAR TO HELP FAMILIES MAINTAIN STABILITY AND IMPROVE THEIR FINANCIAL LITERACY.
STREET TO HOME/FRONTLINE PROGRAM - FRONLINE HOUSING, INC. WORKS TO PLACE INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING. THIS INCLUDES ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS WITH MOVE IN EXPENSES TO PERMANENT HOUSING. FRONTLINE HOUSING, INC. MANAGES THE STREET TO HOME PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES 90 DAY TRANSITIONAL HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS LIVING ON THE STREETS AND IN SHELTERS. FRONTLINE HOUSING HAS ALSO EXPANDED TO PROVIDING FINANCIAL WELL-BEING SERVICES TO INDIVDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE BEEN PLACED INTO PERMANENT HOUSING. THE FINANCIAL WELL-BEINGN PROGRAMS PROVIDE 6 MONTHS OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION WORKSHOPS AND UP TO $700 INCENTIVE IF PARTICIPANTS SAVE $500, INCREASE THEIR CREDIT OR INCREASE THEIR INCOME. FRONTLINE HOUSING HAS ALSO PROVIDED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, CALLED THE NEW NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVE. IN NNI, FRONTLINE HOUSING BRINGS RESOURCES AND SERVICES DIRECTLY TO APARTMENT COMPLEXES. OVER THE LAST YEAR, FRONTLINE HOUSING HAS CREATED A HOMEWORK CLUB, HOSTED MONTLY FLAG FOOTBALL, AND WORKED WITH RESIDENTS TO CONTINUE PLANNING EVENTS AND BRING RESOURCES.
