THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO EDUCATE CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS AND FOSTER THE HABITS THAT ENHANCE THE FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL BEING OF SOCIETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. TO ACHIEVE SUCH PURPOSE, THE FOUNDATION WILL MAKE GRANTS TO OTHER 501(C)(3) QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS IN ACCORDANCE TO SECTION 4944, 4945 OF THE CODE.
