ADVOCACY EFFORTS IMPROVE SYSTEMS CHANGE THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS, EXPERT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, AND PUBLIC POLICY. CENTRAL IOWA BASED EDUCATION EFFORTS CREATE AND CURATE CONTENT TO PROVIDE REPORTS, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
