HIRING OF LEGAL SERVICES OF PORALES ALLMON AND ICE TO RESEARCH AIR AND WATER PERMITS AND FILE LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION TO OVERTURN THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL OIL EXPORT TERMINAL ON LAND ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF INGLESIDE ON THE BAY. MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT COMMENTS AND EDUCATED ABOUT INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION OF INDUSTRIAL NEIGHBOR THAT WILL AFFECT THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE CITIZENS OF INGLESIDE ON THE BAY. MEMBERS ATTENDING PUBLIC HEARINGS AND EVENTS TO ORGANIZE RESPONSE TO THE INDUSTRIAL PERMIT.

HIRING LAWYER TO REVIEW PERMIT REQUEST AND ANALYZE THE PROCEDURES OF THE TCEQ AS THEY RELATE TO WATER RIGHTS PERMIT AND WASTEWATER REGULATIONS.
