WE WERE ABLE TO HELP A FAMILY WITH $500 TO HELP FINANCIALLY. WE HAD A FAMILY ATTEND OUR ANNUAL KAYLAN STRONG'S FUN RUN IN MAY TO BRING MORE AWARENESS TO THE EFFECTS OF CHILDHOOD BRAIN CANCER. THIS YEAR WE JOINED THE CAC2 COALITION AGAINST CHILDHOOD CANCER TO BE A PART OF RAISING MORE FUNDS FOR RESEARCH AND AWARENESS. IN SEPTEMBER THE PRESIDENT OF FOUNDATION WAS ABLE TO ATTEND CUREFEST 2023 IN WASHINGTON DC TO HELP ADVOCATE FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER AND REPRESENT THE CHILDREN FROM HAWAII. ALSO MAKE A DONATION TO CUREFEST DIPG BREAKFAST $1,000. ATTENED A ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION FOR PRESIDENT BIDEN'S BRAIN CANCER MOONSHOT SUMMIT. FOR CHRISTMAS WE BLESSED FAMILIES THAT WERE STUCK IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE HOLIDAY WITH GIFT CARDS AND THE NURSES WITH SOME GOODIES FOR BEING THERE FOR THEM. THIS YEAR WE WERE ABLE TO DO THAT AT THREE OF OUR BIGGEST HOSPITALS HERE IN HAWAII.
