CONNECTION TO RECOVERY HOMES AND HALFWAY HOUSES: THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, WE ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN ACCESSING SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENTS WHERE THEY CAN BEGIN THEIR JOURNEY TOWARDS RECOVERY. THESE FACILITIES OFFER STRUCTURED PROGRAMS, COUNSELING, AND PEER SUPPORT TO HELP INDIVIDUALS NAVIGATE THE CHALLENGES OF ADDICTION RECOVERY. OPERATION OF FREEDOM HOUSE TRANSITIONAL HOME: OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM, FREEDOM HOUSE, PROVIDES A SECURE HAVEN FOR WOMEN SEEKING TO BREAK FREE FROM THE GRIP OF ADDICTION. HERE, RESIDENTS RECEIVE MENTORSHIP, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE AS THEY WORK TOWARDS HEALING AND WHOLENESS. SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT ON APRIL 16, 2023, FREEDOM HOUSE HAS SERVED AS A BEACON OF HOPE FOR COUNTLESS WOMEN STRIVING TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES. FREEDOM HOUSE 2 WILL OPEN IN APRIL 2024. ADVOCACY AND OUTREACH: FLC IS COMMITTED TO REACHING INDIVIDUALS AT EVERY STAGE OF THEIR JOURNEY TOWARDS RECOVERY. WE ACTIVELY ENGAGE WITH COMMUNITIES IN JAILS, HOMELESS SHELTERS, AND PRISONS, OFFERING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO THOSE SEEKING A WAY OUT OF ADDICTION. THROUGH ADVOCACY EFFORTS, WE PROMOTE ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION AND ADVOCATE FOR ACCESS TO TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION SERVICES. PERSONALIZED REFERRAL SERVICES: RECOGNIZING THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL'S PATH TO RECOVERY IS UNIQUE, WE PROVIDE PERSONALIZED REFERRAL SERVICES TO CONNECT INDIVIDUALS WITH TREATMENT FACILITIES AND RECOVERY PROGRAMS TAILORED TO THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS.
