THE TYLER HOFLICH FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO RAISE FUNDS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE LIFE ALTERING GRANTS TO YOUNG ADULT CANCER PATIENTS DURING THEIR CANCER JOURNEY. GRANTS WILL ASSIST WITH HOUSING, TRAVEL, THERAPY, MEALS, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN COSTS.
