CAPS PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: WE CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND EXPAND THE PROGRAM, AND HAVE IMPLEMENTED IT AS A PILOT PROJECT IN PORTERVILLE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, TO BE UTILIZED BY ADDITIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT PARTNERS.
