SEE SCHEDULE 0FUNDING THE VERY FIRST LOS CABOS COMMUNITY FOOD BANK THROUGH THE FOOD SECURITY ALLIANCE OF BAJA CALIFORNIA SUR (ALIANZA PARA LA SEGURIDAD ALIM). THE FOOD BANK SUPPORTS OVER 50 COMMUNITY KITCHENS THAT SERVE UP TO 15,000 MEALS A WEEK. THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES AND PEOPLE ARE IMPACTED BY THIS PROGRAM. WE CONTINUE TO EXPAND OUR SUPPORT OF THE FOOD SECURITY ALLIANCE INCLUDING OUR DIRECT SUPPORT OF SEVERAL OF THE COMMUNITY KITCHENS THAT ALSO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR KIDS.WE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE TELETON BUS PROJECT (FUCACION TELETON MEXICO A.C.) THAT GIVES CHILDREN IN NEED TRANSPORTATION TO THE SPECIALTY MEDICAL CARE THAT ONLY EXISTS IN LA PAZ. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT TO 350 FAMILIES IN THE LOS CABOS AND TODOS SANTOS AREAS.WE SUPPORTED 4 DENTAL CLINICS AND 1 AUDIO CLINIC THROUGH AMIGOS DE LOS NINOS. THESE PROGRAMS DIRECTLY IMPACT 250 CHILDREN IN NEED. THE DENTAL CLINICS SUPPORT MORE THAN 200 CHILDREN AND PROVIDES THEM WITH FREE DENTAL CARE. THE AUDIO CLINIC IMPACTS ABOUT 50 CHILDREN AND PROVIDES FREE HEARING AIDS WHERE NEEDED.
