THE MISSION OF THE LIGHTS OF THE NORTHWOODS IS TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY HOLIDAY FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS EACH YEAR DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. THE PURPOSE OF THE EVENT IS TO FEED THE HUNGRY OF THE NORTHWOODS WHILE ALSO ENHANCING THE HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR LOCALS AND VISITORS OF ALL AGES. THE EVENT ALSO BENEFITS AREA BUSINESSES AND FELLOW NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP AND COLLABORATION.
