A.C.T. EXISTS TO EMPOWER OUR CITIZENS, 1ST RESPONDERS, AND VETERANS IN NEED. ACTION: ASSIST, COACH, TRAIN TO EDUCATE AND EMPOWER THE UNEMPLOYED, TRANSITIONING AND DISPLACED.
