SVG SPORTS BROADCASTING FUND (THE ORGANIZATION") WAS FORMED ON AS A NON-STOCK, NON-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION UNDER THE GENERAL CORPORATION LAW OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE. THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO OFFER EMERGENCY FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN A DIFFICULT FINANCIAL SPOT DUE TO CALAMITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, OR LOSS OF LIFE. THE FUND WILL PROVIDE PAYMENT OF DOCUMENTED EXPENSES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICINE, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, RENT/MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, CLOTHING, AND FUNERAL EXPENSES FOR PROFESSIONALS IN THE SPORTS BROADCASTING FIELD, WHO HAVE WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR AND WHO APPLY FOR AID BASED ON DEMONSTRATED SHORT-TERM FINANCIAL NEED.
