WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO EDUCATE PEOPLE AS TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAY AND NEUTER PROCEUDRES TO HELP THE DOGS AND CATS POPULATION IN TISHOMINOG COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.
