HOOP DREAMS ELITE FAMILY HDE FAMILY FOR THE 2021 YEAR WE ACHIEVED OUR GOALS AND MADE STRIDES IN HELPING OUR COMMUNITY IN MULTIPLE WAYS THROUGH OUR NON-PROFIT. WE WERE ABLE TO HELP GET FROM OUR CANDACE PARKE HDE GIRLS TEAM FULL RIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR BASKETBALL. AJALON GILLARD (FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY) CERINA ROLLE (FLORIDA GULF COAST UNIVERSITY) STEPHANIE INGRAM (UNIVERSITY CENTRAL FLORIDA) KAMYRN BULLOCK (AURORA UNIVERSITY) MILAHNIE PERRY (US AIR FORCE) THE GIRLS FINISHED TOP 4 ON THE ADIDAS CIRCUIT ON THE TOP 3SSB, OUR GIRLS ALSO FINISHED TOP 4 IN THE CLASH OF CLUBS WHICH IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST GIRLS TOURNAMENTS IN THE COUNTRY. THE GIRLS ACHIEVED ON AND OFF THE COURT WITH GREAT GPA. AND BEING OUTSTANDING STUDENTS. THE BOYS TEAMS ALSO HAD A LOT OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS ON THE COURT AND WON QUITE A FEW TOURNAMENTS AND OUR 6TH GRADE BOYS FINISHED AS ONE OF THE TOP TEAMS IN THE STATE. OUR NON-PROFIT DID PROVIDE AND CATER HOT FOOD THREE TIMES FOR THE HOMELESS AT MATHEWS HOPE IN WINTER GARDEN. WE PROVIDED CLOTHES AND MORE TO HELP THEM GET THROUGH THE WINTER. THE NON-PROFIT ALSO BUILT A GYM WITH MONEY DONATED TO GIVE ALL OUR TEAMS A PLACE TO PRACTICE USING NO GOVERNMENT GRANTS. WE ALSO ASSISTED IN A TOY DRIVE FOR KIDS DURING CHRISTMAS AND COLLECTED SHOES FOR THE HOMELESS TO GIVE OUT.
