PROMOTE CHURCH GROWTH AND VITALITY BY TRAINING, MENTORING AND RESOURCING CHURCH LEADERS. IN 2021, WE SERVED ELEVEN ORGANIZATIONAL CLIENTS.
OUR SOCIAL THREAD PROGRAM USES SMALL GROUPS WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, RELATIONAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING. IN 2021, APPROXIMATELY 25 CONSTITUENTS PARTICIPATED IN WEEKLY MEETINGS.
OUR UMC LEAD PROGRAM IS A LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AND INTENSIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR THOSE IN FULL-TIME VOCATIONAL MINISTRY. IN 2021, THE CONFERENCE HAD 228 PARTICIPANTS.
