WE LAUNCHED OUR NEW WEBSITE, WHICH ENHANCES OUR ONLINE PRESENCE AND MAKES OUR RESOURCES MORE EASILY ACCESSIBLE. OUR NEW WEBSITE ENABLED US TO ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR BOOK GRANTS TO UNDERSERVED GROUPS, INCLUDING TREATMENT CENTERS AND CORRECTIONS FACILITIES. THERE WAS TREMENDOUS EXCITEMENT FOR THE BOOK GRANTS, AND WE WERE ABLE TO FULLY GRANT OUR ENTIRE BUDGET OF $1,000 OVER THE COURSE OF FOUR MONTHS. WE ALSO BEGAN ACCEPTING VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS ON OUR WEBSITE AND HELD SEVERAL ONLINE COMMUNITY TOWN HALLS. WE HELD OUR THIRD ANNUAL SANGHA SUMMIT IN-PERSON AND ONLINE, AND RECEIVED GREAT FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMUNITY. WE CONTINUED TO DEVELOP OUR BOARD AND GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE THROUGH STRATEGIC PLANNING CONSULTING WITH A BOARD ADVISOR WHO IS ALSO A BUDDHIST PRACTITIONER AND TEACHER.
