THE MISSION OF BEHAVIOR CHANGE CONSULTING IS TO PROVIDE UP TO DATE, EVIDENCE-BASED, CUSTOMIZED TRAINING TO MENTAL HEALTH, HEALTH CARE AND CORRECTIONS ORGANIZATIONS ABOUT THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING TO PROMOTE HEALTH BEHAVIOR CHANGE, PARTICULARLY AS TAILORED FOR MARGINALIZED AND STIGMATIZED POPULATIONS. WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING A WARM, PROFESSIONAL, AND INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENT, AND ENSURING THAT MEMBERS OF THE TARGET POPULATION ARE REPRESENTED IN OUR AGENCY. OUR EXPERIENCED TRAINERS CREATE A PERSONAL CONNECTION WITH TRAINEES TO ENSURE ENGAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
