COACHING -IN 2022, 42 COACHING SESSIONS INVOLVING 5 PASTORS IN EACH 90 MINUTE SESSION. TOTAL COACHING HOURS 63.COACHING OBJECTIVE IS TO AFFECT THE CULTURE CHANGE WITHIN THE CHURCH FROM AN INWARD FOCUS TO AN OUTWARD FOCUS WITH THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. MEASUREMENT IS ACCOMPLISHEDTHROUGH ANECDOTAL FEEDBACK IN COACHING SESSIONS AND ANNUAL CHURCH CULTURE ASSESSMENTS. LONG TERM GOAL IS CHURCH GROWTH AND VITALITY. CURRENT INDICATIONS SUGGEST MODERATE TO SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS WITH EVERY ENGAGEMENT. ONLINE RESOURCE PROVISION IS A SIGNIFICANT COMPONENT OF COACHING AND TEACHING.
TEACHING AND SPEAKING EVENTS. 27 8 HOUR TEACHING EVENTS AND EIGHT 3 HOUR EVENTS WERE CONDUCTED INVOLVING 2,846 PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS. ANCILLARY INDICATION OF SUCCESS IS TRACKED THROUGH CHANGES IN WEBSITE REGISTRATIONS FOLLOWING EACH TEACHING EVENT AS WELL AS LEADERS BEING DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN COACHING.
