AS PART OF ITS OVERALL MISSION, THE ORGANIZATION HAS SPONSORED A WEBSITE WHICH PROVIDES UPDATED INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF PENDING LITIGATION AND ONGOING HISTORY OF ITS MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ALSO PROVIDED INFORMATION AND UPDATES THROUGH CONVENTIONS AND NEWSLETTERS AND HELPS FUND LEGAL RESEARCH INTO PERTINENT ISSUES EFFECTING MEMBERS

THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO ASSEMBLE ITS MEMBERS AND PROVIDE THEM CONTINUING INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF THOSE WHO WERE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THE ACTIONS AGAINST THEM AS PROFESSIONAL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS WHO WERE REMOVED FROM THEIR POSITIONS AFTER THE STRIKE IN 1981. IN ADDITION THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN ITS WEBSITE WHICH MEMBERS REGULARLY USE TO GET INFORMATION UPDATES AND THE ORGANIZATION MANAGERS CONTINUE TO REGULARLY UPDATE WITH INFORMATION GERMAINE TO ITS MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTS, AUTHORIZES NEGOTIATES CONTRACTS TO SUPPORT MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THAT THE RIGHT TO ORGANIZE IS GUARANTEED BY SECTION 7 OF THE NATIONAL LABOR ACT.
