THE FUNDS ARE THEN USED TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, COMMUNITIES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND NEEDY INDIVIDUALS IN THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ELECTRIC SERVICE AREA.
