THE VAIL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS A COLORADO-BASED, NON-PROFIT PERSONAL GROWTH AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION THAT CONVENES INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS WITH THE GOAL OF INSPIRING THEM TO LEAD PURPOSEFUL LIVES.

OUTREACH EVENTS - EVENTS HELD IN AND OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY, TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE THROUGH A VALUE-BASED FRAMEWORK CALLED INSIDE-FIRST. THESE PRINCIPLES AND LEADING PRACTICES, DRAWN FROM NUMEROUS LEADERSHIP EXPERTS, WILL HELP ADVANCE PARTICIPANTS TO A MORE THOUGHTFUL AND PRODUCTIVE LEVEL.
BASE CAMP - EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO ENTREPRENEURIAL BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS.
ROUNDTABLE OF LEADERS - A SMALL GROUP OF PEER EXECUTIVES WHO MEET REGULARLY TO ADVANCE THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND APPLICATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP. THE GOAL IS TO CULTIVATE EFFECTIVE, ETHICAL LEADERS WHO PRODUCE BETTER RESULTS.
