SERVING MORE THAN 900 PEOPLE IN OVER 25 COMMUNITIES AND INCLUDING 6 MEXICAN STATES, WITH A FOCUS ON WORKING WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS INDICATED AS HIGH RISK (BASED ON EDUCATION, BASIC NEEDS, HEALTH, AND HOUSING FACTORS).
