FOR THE YEAR COVERED BY THIS TAX RETURN, THE FOUNDATION SOLD ITS REMAINING LAND HOLDINGS AND DONATED THE NET REMAINING PROCEEDS, AFTER SETTLING VARIOUS OBLIGATIONS, TO THE AMERICAN GIFT FUND; THE FUNDS ARE TO BE USED TO ADVANCE FUTURE PHILANTHROPIC ENDEAVORS THAT ALIGN WITH THE FOUNDATION'S EXEMPT CHARITABLE GOALS AND PURPOSE.
