WE STRENGTHEN INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING PRENATAL CARE, PREGNANCY TESTING, LIFE-SKILLS TRAINING, ULTRASOUND, STI TESTING AND TREATMENT, AND PARENTING CLASSES - ALL IN A CARING AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

MEDICAL SERVICES: OUR MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDE FREE PREGNANCY TESTING, EARLY ULTRASOUND EXAMS, AFFORDABLE PRENATAL CARE (UP TO 36 WEEKS) PROVIDED BY OUR MEDICAL DOCTOR EVERY WEEK, WELL WOMAN EXAMS, STI/STD TESTING AND TREATMENT, AND CHILDBIRTH/PRENATAL EDUCATION IN A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. IN 2021 WE PERFORMED 92 PREGNANCY TESTS, 83 ULTRASOUNDS, 22 STI TESTS, 404 PRENATAL CLINIC VISITS, 13 POSTPARTUM VISITS, AND 2 WELL WOMAN EXAMS.
CLIENT SERVICES: OUR CLIENT EDUCATION SERVICES PROVIDE PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS OF CHILDREN PRENATAL TO AGE 3 WITH PERSONALIZED COACHING & TOOLS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT A CHILD'S HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT. THROUGH ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING, INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION AND GROUP CLASSES, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN 'EARN' BOUTIQUE BUCKS WHILE THEY LEARN ABOUT PRE AND POST-NATAL CARE, CHILDBIRTH, POSITIVE LIFE CHOICES, DISCIPLINE/PARENTING TECHNIQUES, MILESTONES, AND PRACTICAL LIFE SKILLS. THEN THEY CAN SPEND THEIR BOUTIQUE BUCKS TO BUY BABY EQUIPMENT, DIAPERS, & SUPPLIES. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP EVERY CHILD BORN IN ARCHULETA COUNTY THRIVE PHYSICALLY, SOCIALLY, & EMOTIONALLY BY THE TIME THEY ENTER PRESCHOOL. THERE WERE 1321 CLIENT VISITS IN 2021.
