PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR A CHILDREN'S HOME (ANA'S HOUSE) HOLDING UP TO 12 CHILDREN IN ARAD, ROMANIA, AND FOR 6 CHILDREN IN LOCAL FOSTER FAMILIES. CHILDREN ARE BROUGHT OUT OF THE STATE ORPHANAGE SYSTEM AND RAISED IN THESE HOMES. CHILDCARE WORKERS AND HOUSE PARENTS ARE ALL MEMBERS OF THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY IN ROMANIA. NOW PROVIDING FULL SUPPORT FOR A CHILDREN'S HOME (HOUSE OF JOY) AND SUPPORT OF DAY CENTER OPERATION IN SIBIU, ROMANIA. PROVIDING CARE FOR UP TO 20 VULNERABLE CHILDREN INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND MEALS, IN A CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT.
PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR OPERATIONS OF THE HOPE FOR ORPHANS RESCUE CENTER (HOREC) NEAR NAIROBI, KENYA. HOREC IS HOME TO APPROXIMATELY 40 CHILDREN, AND MOST OF THEM HAVE LOST ONE OR BOTH PARENTS TO HIV/AIDS. MANY OF THEM ARE ALSO HIV POSITIVE AS WELL. ALSO, PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE SPRING VALLEY SCHOOL. SPRING VALLEY HOUSES BOTH RESCUED CHILDREN FROM THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AS WELL AS PROVIDES A SCHOOL AND FEEDING PROGRAM FOR LOCAL VULNERABLE CHILDREN. FINALLY, PROJECT SPECIFIC SUPPORT IS PROVIDED TO AN ORGANIZATION CALLED THE JEWELS OF OBAGA. THIS IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS WIDOWS, WHO IN TURN CARE FOR ORPHANED OR AT-RISK CHILDREN.
PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR OPERATIONS OF MULTIPLE CHILDREN'S HOMES IN INDIA CARING FOR ORPHAN AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN. THIS INCLUDES UP TO 25 CHILDREN AT THE KATHRYN E. LARSEN CHILDREN'S HOME IN PALAKOL. IN ADDITION, SEVERAL HOMES IN HYDERABAD (10 CHILDREN/HOME): HOPE GIRLS HOME, HOPE BOYS HOME, PREMA GIRLS HOME, JOSHUA BOYS HOME, DANIEL BOYS HOME, AND ESTHER GIRLS HOME ALL PROVIDING CARE, EDUCATION, AND MEALS IN A CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT.
