OF COLORADO SPRINGS COLLABORATES WITH OTHER CARE-GIVERS IN THE PIKES PEAK AREA TO TEACH SELF-CARE TO MEDICAID FAMILIES, OFFERS WELL BEING CLINICS TO LOW-INCOME ELDERLY, AND STAFFS MEDICAL SCREENING CLINICS FOR THE HOMELESS AND UNINSURED.
