THE AGENCY ALSO PROVIDES EXTENSIVE COUNSELING FOR BIRTH PARENTS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CONTACT RESULTS IN A CHILD PLACEMENT OR PARENTING OF THE CHILD.
