THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMS SPECIFIC SERVICES UNDER CONTRACTS FOR VARIOUS LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND FOUNDATIONS TO FURTHER COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT OF SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS. DURING 2021, THOSE SERVICES PERTAINED TO SENIOR ACESS POINTS, SOCIAL ISOLATION, SOUND AFFECTS, THE VIRTUAL CATALOG, VIRTUAL VOLUNTEER, AND SENIORS AND TECHNOLOGY.
PARTNERSHIP FOR AGE FRIENDLY COMMUNITIES SELF-DIRECTED VOLUNTEER TEAMS ADDRESS COMMUNITY NEEDS PERTAINING TO OLDER ADULTS FOR ALL OF LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO. IDENTIFIED NEEDS TO DATE INCLUDE HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, AND SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT AND ACTIVITY.
