DENVER AREA EDUCATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSORTIUM (DAETC AND FORMERLY KNOWN BY ITS NOW-TERMINATED TRADENAME VOQAL DENVER) IS ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

ON BEHALF OF DAETC, MOBILE CITIZEN PLACES WIRELESS BROADBAND ACCOUNTS WITH SCHOOLS AND NONPROFITS BOTH LOCALLY IN COLORADO AND NATIONWIDE. THE ESTIMATED NUMBER OF LTE WIRELESS BROADBAND ACCOUNTS IS BASED ON DAETC'S OWNERSHIP PERCENTAGE OF ALL ACTIVE ACCOUNTS AT FISCAL YEAR-END.
