SPINAL CORD OUTCOMES PARTNERSHIP ENDEAVOR (SCOPE) IS AN INDUSTRY-ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP DEVOTED TO THE CREATION OF AN INTERNATIONALLY UNIFORM OUTCOMES MEASUREMENT SCHEMATIC FOR SPINAL CORD INJURY RESEARCH. ASIA IS THE SECRETARIAT FOR SCOPE AND ALL MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES ARE HANDLED IN THE ASIA OFFICE.
