OUR 8 CAREER PANELS AND CONFERENCE SESSIONS ON ALLYSHIP AND DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION "DEI" IN ACTION SERVED NEARLY 1,000 PARTICIPANTS AND HAVE ALLOWED US TO SHARE VALUABLE LESSONS ON INCLUSION AND EQUITY. OUR EFFORTS ARE HELPING THE TECH INDUSTRY - AND THE PROFESSIONALS WE SERVE - EVOLVE.
SHELEADSTECH CONTINUES TO CREATE PATHWAYS FOR WOMEN TO ADVANCE IN DIGITAL TRUST AND RESOURCE THEIR DEVELOPMENT WITH TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING, PROFESSIONAL SKILL BUILDING, AND A COMMUNITY OF OTHER WOMEN AND ALLIES IN THE INDUSTRY. ONE IN TECH'S COLLABORATION WITH ISACA TO PROVIDE GLOBAL MENTORING AND OUR MULTIPLE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FUELED CONNECTIONS TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN ADVANCING CAREERS. YOUNG LEADERS IN TECH: OIT CREATED AND FACILITATED THREE ADDITIONAL ONLINE EDUCATIONAL COURSES FOR STUDENTS AGES 8 - 18 YEARS OLD FOR A TOTAL OF 7 COURSES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO LAUNCHED A JUNIOR ADVISORY GROUP WHICH INFORMED AND GUIDED THE AGE-APPROPRIATE CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT TO PROVIDE E-LEARNING SKILL-BUILDING, ONLINE SAFETY AND SECURITY GUIDANCE, AND CYBER CAREER EXPLORATION.
