SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS INCLUDED A CASE STUDY OF ZONING REFORMS IN NEW ROCHELLE, NY; A SERIES OF VIDEOS ON MUNICIPAL POLICY TOPICS DEVELOPED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOLE INSTITUTE IN KANSAS; AND MAJOR RESEARCH PROJECTS LOOKING AT THE IMPACT OF GIG WORK AND LOCAL BUSINESS REGULATIONS ON LOCAL ECONOMIES.
