WE ARE FOCUSED ON CULTIVATING AN INCLUSIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM BY COALESCING OUR COMMUNITY NETWORK TO PROVIDE DIVERSE PROGRAMMING, ACCESS TO TALENT, CUSTOMERS, AND CAPITAL TO STRENGTHEN THE AREA'S INNOVATION ECONOMY.

SUPPORT OF RENDER CAPITAL INITIATIVES FOCUSED ON PROVIDING ACCESS TO CAPITAL TO EARLY STAGE START UP COMPANIES.
THE UOFL EIR PROGRAM PROVIDES SEASONED ENTREPRENEURS WHO WILL ENGAGE DIRECTLY WITH UOFL RESEARCH GROUPS TO HELP ADVANCE TECHNOLOGIES TOWARD MARKET. UOFL WILL SUPPORT HEALTHCARE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT THROUGH ITS DEEPLY ESTABLISHED AND EXISTING RELATIONSHIP WITH LHCC. ELEMENTS OF THIS INCLUDE CONTINUING TO BUILD OUT THE INNOVATION CYCLE CONNECTING SOLUTIONS TO CORPORATES, CONNECTING EIRS TO CORPORATIONS, CAPITAL ACCESS FOR ENTREPRENEURS, SUPPORTING PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS INCLUDING INCUBATORS, ACCELERATORS, AND SEED FUNDING FOR PILOTS THAT SUPPORT EARLY-STAGE HEALTHCARE ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
WE CREATE, PARTNER, OR SUPPORT PROGRAMS WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS FOCUSED ON BOTH EDUCATING FOUNDERS ON SITUATIONS AND SCENARIOS TO HELP THEM MOVE THEIR BUSINESS FORWARD AND STORYTELLING OF SUCCESSES AND FAILURES OF OTHER FOUNDERS.
