DROP IN WELLNESS CENTER: BALTIMORE SAFE HAVEN OPERATES A DROP-IN HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER WHICH SERVES AS A CENTRAL SERVICES HUB FOR TRANSGENDER COMMUNITY IN BALTIMORE CITY LIVING IN SURVIVAL MODE. SERVICES INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, HARM REDUCTION EDUCATION AND MATERIALS, HIV TESTING, FREE MEALS, SAFE SEX SUPPLIES AND RESOURCES AND COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP.MOBILE OUTREACH: BALTIMORE SAFE HAVEN MANAGES A MOBILE OUTREACH PROGRAM WHICH DELIVERS IN-PERSON HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO PEOPLE LIVING IN SURVIVAL MODE AS STREET-BASED SEX WORKERS, PEOPLE WHO USE DRUGS AND PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS.CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: BALTIMORE SAFE HAVEN PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRANSGENDER PEOPLE IN BALTIMORE CITY WHO HAVE LIVED EXPERIENCE WITH BEING IN SURVIVAL MODE TO REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL THROUGH COMMUNITY EVENTS, STATE AND LOCAL POLICY ADVOCACY AND SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES.TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: BALTIMORE SAFE HAVEN PROVIDES TEMPORARY, SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO TRANSGENDER PEOPLE IN BALTIMORE CITY WHO ARE LIVING IN SURVIVAL MODE.INCARCERATED SISTERS PROGRAM: BALTIMORE SAFE HAVEN PROVIDES CASH ASSISTANCE AND MAINTAINS SUPPORTIVE AND AFFIRMING CONTACT VIA MAIL WITH TRANSGENDER WOMEN WHO ARE INCARCERATED ACROSS MARYLAND AND IN OTHER PLACES ACROSS THE U.S.
